01 Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, stored, and used by dailyjl in connection with the operation of the dailyjl Platform at dailyjl.org. It covers all Users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, and individuals who contact dailyjl through any support channel.

dailyjl acts as the Personal Information Controller in respect of all personal data processed under this Policy, as defined under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Where dailyjl engages third-party service providers to process data on its behalf, those providers act as Personal Information Processors and are bound by data processing agreements consistent with this Policy and applicable Philippine law.

By using the dailyjl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the Platform.

dailyjl does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the Data Privacy Act (such as health data, political opinions, or religious beliefs) unless specifically required by law or expressly provided by you in a support context.

• Direct collection: Information you provide when registering an Account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting support, or participating in promotions;

• Customer support: Responding to your queries, complaints, and support requests;
• Platform improvement: Analysing usage patterns to improve Platform performance, user experience, and game offerings;
• Marketing communications: Sending promotional offers and updates where you have provided consent (you may withdraw consent at any time).

05 Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, dailyjl processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and dailyjl (i.e., providing the Platform Services you have registered to use);
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, AMLA obligations, tax reporting requirements, and other applicable Philippine laws;
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring — where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

06 Data Sharing & Disclosure

dailyjl does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• PAGCOR and regulatory authorities: As required by our licensing conditions and applicable Philippine law, including for audit, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes;
• Law enforcement and government agencies: Where required by a valid court order, subpoena, or legal process under Philippine law;
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party providers engaged to verify your identity and age as part of the account registration and withdrawal process;
• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers engaged to process your deposits and withdrawals;
• Game content providers: Certified game providers whose titles are available on the Platform may receive anonymised session data for technical and compliance purposes;
• IT and security service providers: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and fraud detection providers engaged to maintain Platform infrastructure and security;
• Professional advisers: Legal, accounting, and compliance advisers engaged by dailyjl, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

07 Data Retention

dailyjl retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Our standard retention periods are as follows:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AMLA obligations;
• Financial and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements;
• Gaming activity data: Retained for three (3) years following Account closure for responsible gaming monitoring and dispute resolution purposes;
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication;
• Technical and log data: Retained for twelve (12) months from collection, unless required for longer in connection with a security investigation or legal proceeding;
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures.

08 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

dailyjl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, improve user experience, and support security functions. The categories of cookies we use are:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for Platform operation — including session management, authentication, and security functions. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality;
• Performance cookies: Collect anonymised data on how Users interact with the Platform to help us identify and fix technical issues and improve performance;
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and responsible gaming tool configurations;
• Analytics cookies: Used to understand aggregate usage patterns across the Platform. Data collected is anonymised and not linked to individual User identities.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the Platform, though some features may be affected. Note that strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the Platform to function.

09 Data Security

dailyjl implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the dailyjl Platform is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols;

• Access controls: Personal data is accessible only to authorised dailyjl personnel and service providers on a strict need-to-know basis, enforced through role-based access controls;
• Two-factor authentication: Available for all User Accounts to provide an additional layer of security beyond username and password;
• Regular security audits: The Platform undergoes periodic penetration testing and security assessments by independent cybersecurity professionals;
• Incident response: dailyjl maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected Users within the timeframes prescribed by the Data Privacy Act.

10 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by dailyjl:

• Right to be informed: The right to be notified of how your personal data is collected, processed, and used — as set out in this Privacy Policy;
• Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data dailyjl holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed;
• Right to rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you;
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations;

11 Children's Privacy & Age Restriction

If dailyjl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that Account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds will be returned to the payment source after verification. If you believe a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact our support team immediately at the address in Section 13.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. dailyjl supports responsible gaming initiatives and takes its obligations regarding underage gambling prevention seriously.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

dailyjl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request Account closure in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
