dailyjl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible User may be forfeited.
To access the full range of dailyjl Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You may only hold one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify dailyjl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. dailyjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
dailyjl is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document — acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID card, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or termination.
dailyjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. dailyjl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Most withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within one to three hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically settle within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
dailyjl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where there are reasonable grounds to conduct enhanced due diligence. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the dailyjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). dailyjl does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of dailyjl intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by dailyjl.
dailyjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination of an Account, any verified funds remaining in the Account balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the Account holder via the registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the dailyjl support team. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact the dailyjl support team to seek an informal resolution. dailyjl is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
dailyjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dailyjl will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
